HK- JURIFISC is a multi-service law firm created under the laws of Madagascar. The firm is headed by its Director and sole shareholder, Hanna Gräfin Keyserlingk and has ten associates.
Ms. Keyserlingk has 20 years of experience representing international clients in Madagascar. She has extensive experience in corporate and taxation matters, in privatization issues, real estate and other business transactions.
Ms. Keyserlingk is a dual citizen of France and Germany, and is fluent in French, German and English. She is a graduate of the law school of the University of Montpellier in France.
Ms. Keyserlingk was the founder in 1985 of the first corporate and fiscal service law firm (cabinet de conseil juridique et fiscal) in Madagascar and the founder in 2000 of HK-Fidafrica, a legal services firm associated with the legal arm of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Africa.
In October 2006, Ms Keyserlingk opened her current office HK-JURIFISC.

Tax free zone investment regulations: assistance to foreign investors with respect to investment regulations, assistance with preparation of applications for free zone status.

Real estate transactions: drafting and filing of real estate transfer documents, long term and short term leases and mortgages.

Executive employment matters: assistance to companies with respect to employment regulations in Madagascar, particularly regarding expatriate staff, hiring and firing and unions and collective bargaining; assistance with inspections for compliance with social regulations (retirement, health benefits).
